Properly descaling your shower to keep it sparkling.

Using the wrong cleaning methods and cleaners can damage your shower head.  These are not covered by warranty.  Please follow these tips.

Correct cleaning items:
Use a soft, clean cloth, but never abrasive agents such as sponge cleaners or microfiber cloths.

Do not use any steam cleaners, as the heat can damage the shower.

Applicable cleaner:

Use only mild detergents, such as those based on citric acid.  Do not use any cleaners that contain hydrochloric acid, formic acid, chlorine bleach or acetic acid, as these can cause serious damage.

Detergents that contain phosphoric acid should only be used in a limited way.  Do not mix detergent!  Never spray the cleaner directly on the shower as the spray can get into the shower and cause damage.

It is best to spray the cleaner on a soft cloth and wipe the surface with it.  After cleaning, rinse shower thoroughly with clean water, and rinse shower head thoroughly with water.
