What should be paid attention to when installing the embedded shower faucet

The installation of the embedded shower faucet requires attention:

1. The height of the mixing valve from the ground;

2. The distance between the two inner thread openings;

3. After pasting the wall tiles, keep a plane with the wall;

4. Pay attention to different styles of showers;

5. The choice of location is very important;

6. Left hot and right cold can't be wrong;

7. Fixing of inner wire elbow.

Specific steps:

1. Install the inner wire elbow

 When the electrician installs the inner wire elbow, it must be perpendicular to the wall. Otherwise, after the mason has applied the grooves and tiles, the shower faucet cannot be installed, and the bricks have to be redone.

2. It is best to buy the faucet back first, and ask the master mason to put the faucet on when the tank is applied.

3. Be sure to pay attention to the protection of the faucet. After the inner wire elbow is installed properly, remove the faucet and keep it in a safe place.

Regarding the height of the shower faucet

1. At present, many owners like to use the shower with a large shower head. There are several types of this shower, some can be installed separately, some can be extended and lowered, and some are fixed (non-extensible).

2. Compared with the non-extendable shower, the overall height will be relatively high. At present, the bathroom height of many developers is rotten, and the height after installing the Yuba is only about 2200mm. Therefore, it is most important to determine the altitude of the mixing valve.

3. I have seen many times that after installing the mixing valve at a normal height, the overall shower cannot be installed because the floor height is not enough.

Therefore, in the early stage of electrical pipe layout, it is best to know the total height of the product installation, or simply take the product or manual to the site and arrange the pipes as required.

3. Pipeline method and reason

1. At present, in the decoration of many owners' homes, the water pipes go from the sky, so when they reach the shower outlet, the water pipes feel like they are arranged vertically to the water outlet. But this method is absolutely not feasible, because in this case, it will affect the installation of the shower, and it is afraid that holes will be punched in the water pipe during installation. Or when installing the shower, do not install it in the center.

2. Therefore, when laying pipes, the water pipe should go down the wall from the side of the shower faucet, and then turn horizontally to the position of the water mixing valve. There is one requirement, after the master mason finishes making the bricks, he must mark the direction of the exposed water pipes, so as not to hit the water pipes when installing the pendants. This is why it is generally recommended that the water pipes go to the ground.

For bathrooms with bathtubs, the shower must be centered, especially for embedded bathtubs without skirts. The height of the outlet hole must also be determined according to the product instructions. Don't think that installing the bathtub is a matter of future. Another point is that some bathtubs are currently supplied with ground water.
